Important: party age rules
Parties are for children aged 1 to 7. For safety, children over 7 can’t go into the play area during a party — this includes older brothers and sisters. Please let your guests know before the day. Anyone over 7 found in the play area may be asked to leave without a refund.
How booking works
- Pick your date on our booking page and pay the £50 deposit.
- We’ll be in touch a week before to confirm numbers, food and allergies.
- Pay the £200 balance on the day.
- Arrive, play, eat cake. We’ll do the rest.

How many children can come?
Up to 20 children aged 1 to 7. Parents and carers are welcome to stay and enjoy the café.
How long is the party?
1.5 hours of exclusive use, including play time and party food.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
The package is £250. You pay a £50 deposit online to secure your date, then the £200 balance on the day.
Can older siblings come?
Children over 7 can’t go into the play area during a party. They’re welcome to wait with the adults.
Can you cater for allergies?
We’ll contact you a week before the party to talk through dietary needs. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so please tell us about any allergies in advance.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, please do. We’ll set it out on the birthday table.
What if I need to cancel?
The £50 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll see if another date works. Full details are in our party terms.
