These terms apply to private birthday party bookings at Little Town Roleplay Centre & Café, 1 Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham NG12 2FY.
1. The package
The private party package is £250 for up to 20 children aged 1 to 7 and includes 1.5 hours’ exclusive use of the role-play centre, a full play session across all themed areas, a party food table, a birthday table set-up, background music and staff support throughout.
2. Deposit and payment
- A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining £200 is payable on the day of the party.
- The deposit counts towards the total cost.
- The deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned if the customer cancels.
3. Age rules
Party bookings are for children aged 1 to 7. Children over the age of 7 are strictly not permitted in the play area during the party. Anyone who does not follow this rule may be asked to leave the play area and no refund will be given.
4. Food and allergies
We will contact you one week before the party to confirm dietary requirements. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances in your party group. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens and we cannot guarantee any item is free from them.
5. Optional extras
Party bags, balloon décor, cake stand and celebration set-up and extra decorations are available on request. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Supervision and responsibility
Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times. The person making the booking is responsible for any loss or damage caused by members of their party during the event.
